Smile and Say hi to people you meet every day! Whether regularly or rarely. It's easy. And fun too. If you do this for the first time, you will experience their confused looks when you smile or nod at them. It leaves them wondering whether they know you or not. Eventually, it would become normal.
Hence, you wouldn't feel lonely or left out. And it would help you develop a better relationship with people you meet. If you were a shy person huddled in a corner in a gathering of people before, now you would shine with your smile!
Conquer your Fears

So get off that couch and put on your joggers! It's not too late to sweat the negativity off!
Take a break from a digital detox
In addition, you really should spend less time using your electronic gadgets. Digital detox is really important, even for a small amount of time. Since it causes us to be socially isolated and get various kinds of illnesses, it's better to spend less time with them.
Instead, you can go out and admire the things around you. The bright sunny day isn't going to wait for you to come! You should enjoy it while it lasts.

And lastly, and most importantly, you must love yourself. You should accept everything about yourself, the good and the bad. The flaws and the perfection. Because that's what makes you beautiful and shine. You are what you are, and that's what makes you unique and best.
Move Forward
Live is a journey. Despite several deprivations move forward. Forgive yourself, and others. Replaying what happened, or reminding ourselves of what we did before, would make it so difficult to move forward. Eat healthily
Moreover, give your body the treatment it rightfully deserves. No, this isn't just about spa sessions or manicures. This is about having proper meals, at least one mindful meal every day, nutritious and healthy to your body and brain. Never compromise the sleep. Sleep at least 8 hours a day
The bottom line, be optimistic. Look at the world in a different light. Maybe the lady who was rude to you was having a bad day. And that's why our smile can help her lighten her burden.
