My days are not productive. I feel tired all the time. How to Stop Being Lazy?

Technological advancement and automation are a blessing for our generation. But, technology has made us lazy creatures. The lockdown during the pandemic has also contributed a lot to making us more lethargic. 

Technology has shut our minds too. We prefer to google instead of putting pressure on the mind. We do not want to get out of our comfort zone and that is what laziness is. So let us look at some ways to fight back with laziness.



Here are a few ways to help you fight your laziness. 


1. Water



 

Water cure thirst. This is one of the hundreds of benefits of water. If used incorrect quantity and correct time, it can help you to increase your muscle size. It could be used for relaxation. Waters also helps to increase the glow.  

These are some of the known benefits of water. 

Water is the best and natural element that can help build your productive output.  A glass of Water reviving your energy increases your concentration point. 




2. Sleep Well and Morning Routine

Instant plan rule. Make your morning routine and make a routine in the morning. Keep your body moving and include the rest brakes.  

In a broader sense, one should make a daily schedule. It's genuine advice to make a plan in the morning. 

Sleep is directly promotional to productivity. The better you sleep, the better will your brain work. 

Note that the meaning of better for every individual of different. 

For some, good sleep means 6 hours and for others 8 hours. You need to try various permutations and Combinations and find your best outcome. 

Less and excess sleep will reduce your productivity.  


3. Eat Healthy Food

 Food is the Petrol of our body. However, it is not that expensive😂. Productivity also depends on your biological habit. 

The fitter the being is, the better the chances of your output are. Keep yourself as healthy as possible, especially in rough times like quarantine, covid, etc. A few tips I wanna share are-  

Light dinner at night. Keep you fit. Avoid junk and pack non-veg during peak hours.  



4. Growth Mindset 

Laziness is a game of mind. Keep yourself as Positive as possible. Always be ready to learn new things and keep an ever-growing mindset. Never bind yourself toward a few books and people.

Reading keeps your mind running. It will reduce your mental laziness.

5. Be honest with yourself

If you really wanna improve yourself, be honest with yourself. Answer the following question honestly-

1. Am I punctual?

2. How often do I stick to a plan?

3. Do I have a goal even?

4. Do I have economically, technologically and practically feasible skills and knowledge to achieve what I want?

5. Are I serious about my goal? 

6. Am I honest about My goals?

If the answer to the last 3 questions (4, 5, 6) is 'No', then you have to change the route of your movement. You need to review your plans. Change the plans. If the task is important for you, you must find an interesting way to do it. 

Ex:- For me, doing the assignments is quite a tough task. I try to make it a little bit interesting by listening to music.
