Stress Management - Ways to manage your stress smartly

 After perusing the entire article you will able to manage the pressure at your ideal level. 

Before Beforecompanions a decent piece of information, I will begin with the nuts and bolts. Take a paper and compose what the pressure is. What's the importance of stress. 

Stress is a feeling of mental, physical, and psychological pain. When we can't accomplish what we planned or when nature is working against our will like a breakup, we feel stress.

Before telling you the ways of managing stress, you must know the reason for your stress.

Here are some of the causes of Stress. Find out your cause-

1. Deadline: 


Project end date, Income Tax return date, notebook submission date, internship report submission date are coming near you. This is the most common stress cause. 


2. Loss


The most relevant way of stress, I think is the loss of someone who loves. It also includes a breakup. The breakup may lead to the end0-response that is depression or susuicidalhoughts but I think if someone can't respect your heart and feeling, then they don't deserve our stress too. You have to cope up move over and stay away from Arjeet Singh or any sad song.

3. Instant stress 


This is the one-minute or one second or one-hour stress. This is frequent but short-timed stress. The result for this one is nervousness.
Ex: A cricketer doing his debut for team India may feel stressed for a short duration of time 

4. Comparision 

In academics, our parents compare us with Mr. Sharma. In jobs, we are compared by the best employee of the organization. Brothers are compared with each other. These comparisons generate automatic stress in the mind of the person who is being compared, in the mind of the person who is comparing, and in the mind of the person with whom the person is compared.

5. Past Trauma 

It is really easy to say that we should forget the past but when it comes to practice, it's difficult for all. So instead of forgetting the past start accepting it. Accept what all happen to you, whether it is break up, losses, failure, etc 

6. More work than time


In order to increase the task in the to-do list, one may mismanage the quality of the work. We have around 24 hrs a day. 7 hrs sleep, 1 hrs eat and other activities. So in total, we just have 14-15 working hours a day. Make your timetable in such a way, that it will bring both qualities, quantity in the work and the free time, i.e, me-time  too

7. no reason


Most of the time, we are under stress for no reason.  Most of you would have experienced it, your mood is rotten for no reason or you are under stress because you feel like something bad is about to happen

Scientifically there are two types of response to stress-
Type 1: Achievers -- Mostly prone to stress 
Type 2: Easy to do -- Don't have any big dreams. Don't leave to comfort zone. More desirable and loved by others as they are always happy.

Ways to manage stress Management 

1. fight or flight 
While any pressure, our mind reacts twoly, either battle or flight. What's the significance here? Our cerebrum will either battle with the circumstance or it will discover the motivation to flee from the circumstance. 

2. Meditation and Yoga 


I don't imagine that this point needs any explanation...LOL... 

3. Pen and paper




Take out your pen paper, find all the causes of the stress. Write two forces in it.
  • forces under your control
  • natural forces 
Put all the cause under any one of them.  

Find the reason behind those causes. Learn from your mistake and never repeat it again. This will help you in being positive, automatically the stress will be reduced.

4. Go out


It doesn't matter whether your mood is mad or not, nature is real. Visit and explore new places. Avoid vehicles. Try to walk as much as possible.

5. Listen to the song


If you are feeling weak and stressed, then I will suggest you listen to soothing songs. Your heart will force you to listen to sad songs but you should please your brain with some beautiful songs and comedy videos.

6. Don't use anything to peace yours


 Never be an addict to smoking and drinking. Never use Instagram or adult videos as an escape. Yes, they will reduce your stress in short term but in the long learn they will increase your stress and destroy your life.

These are some of the best ways to reduce stress. 


Stress for a long period because of one thing may lead to depression. Will talk about it in the upcoming blog.
