How to handle stress: experimented ways

We all know that the more we grow (in terms of age, finance, knowledge, etc ) more stressful our life would become. 

Feeling negative is awful or not? Assuming no, for what reason is it so? 

We'll spin around the few points that will help us to answer the questions that are posted above.

Stress and nervousness will help us in recognizing our issues. When you are feeling squeezed, the first step is to find out the issue. Once you well know the issue, attempt to tackle them. In any case, the inquiry emerges imagine a scenario where the issue is outside our ability to control, consider the possibility that any outer climate is answerable for our concern. Assuming this inquiry emerges to you as well, we have effectively required work to tackle it. Put your eye in the first point.

1. Learn to take responsibility:

So the 1st step to be better is to take responsibility. 
  

2. Don't give the fuck to unimportant matter

We care a lot. We think a lot. We believe a lot. But all those things worth that much? No.
Similarly, we stress a lot but most of the problems in our life don't deserve to get that much attention because they are not important in our life. 
Example-
 Situation:
 Tomorrow is my Maths paper and my lucky pen is lost. 
 Behavior
 I am worried about my lucky pen and running in the market and scream about the loss of my beloved pen. Sound stupid right! This is your reflection when you care about the loss of shit instead of real problems.
This will also define our priority. 

There is no need to get rid of the problem but find a correct problem. 


3. Don't let your past defines your future 

Once you have accepted the correct problem, try to find various alternatives to solve them. 
Always keep in mind that your destiny is in your hand. You can only change it.
Always remember that our past cannot depict our future.
Lessons learn from the mistake in the past and the hard work in the present has the power to change our future. 
Elon Musk will be the perfect example of this. 
Always try to keep a positive approach towards a problem.


4. Getting rid of problem is not a solution 

With the positive approach of the future. Trynna solve your problems. 
You have all the prerequisites for solving the stress issue like the correct information of the problem, the reason for the problem, and the most important thing will be the positive approach. 

The next step is to solve the problem. Try to broaden your narrative and find an all-around solution to your problem.

5. Never make a pre-determined thought

You have got your life and time which is limited. So don't waste your life and time on others' opinions. Don't waste your life on anyone else thought. Think and do what you wanted to do. Live your dreams with love and loved ones. Lastly, live your life and suffer your stress with enjoyment. Life is too short to give a fuck about others' opinions and believe.
